For the record, this is the third year that i celebrated CNY in KL. The reason for not going back to the hometown this year was because my sister has her final exam one/two days before CNY and everyone bought their air tickets already so being the caring and obedient brother ~~as always~~ i stayed here to company her throughout the whole week of the celebration.

There really are nothing to do besides shopping at the malls. We wandered around KL city and did a lil shopping because we didnt really get to shop before CNY amidst the hectic first week of uni/work.

The famous DRAGON in Pavilion. I think they did a great job setting the deco up. One of the best deco seen in KL during my 3 years CNY experience here,ha. ~~because i'm a dragon baby too wtf.~~ I'm pretty surprised that most of the major shops are early/closing during CNY's eve and the actual day itself. I thought they will operate like normal hours.

I heard this fishes are signs of good fortune and luck. Looked after this pond of fishes while my eldest sister's family were back to Sabah. There really is a very calm feeling while looking at the fishes. It just sets me into a really zen mode while looking at them. ~~F*ck i'm old~~ because i had to feed them their food and wait for them to finish so i have quite an amount of waiting time. Definitely a new interest.

So that's about it for the first day of CNY and duh! of course we had our very own reunion dinner and feast too. Not gonna left out. On the second day of CNY, we had a very spontaneous trip to the peak,Genting. Talking bout being random,huh.

The thing that i hated the most, cable cars. UGH. We didn't know that the bus trip from One Utama includes the cable ride too, i thought it's the bus ride all the way to the peak wtf. Basically my sister have no problem with the cable car ride, so that leaves me no choice. She was also abit excited for the cable car ride actually, so i'm definitely not going to be the one to ruin the fun. Call me a chicken, i just dont like the feeling of being in constant state of fear throughout the ride just for the freaking view, the view was not really magnificent either,so.

Once entered the cable car, headphones ON! I just need super loud music blasting to my ears to distract me,lol. However, my sis thought camwhoring is a must in the cable car. lol.

Got some free fortune cookies for the indoor theme park tickets. So both of us opened ours during the chill time at Starbucks.It says " You are always surrounded by people that cares about you". you think?

Bought this for the sis cause she's been craving for this forever. Dragon's beard candy. I'm amused by the direct translation. I thought they are called some rock sugar bla bla candy whatevs. It's kind of expensive because they were the packed and sealed kind. If i'm not wrong it's around 12 bucks for a box of 8 pieces. Considering it expensive because i remembered we used to buy it for 4 or 5 bucks from this sifu-lookalike at some stall in Sabah.

That's really about it for our CNY, because right after the third day of CNY, my sis will have her final paper on the 6th day and 7th. So she spent most of her time at home rummaging her notes and for me, i stayed home doing nothing too cause there is no one to go out with,since everyone is back to hometown. boo.

Random pictures of my breakfast during the stay-in days. Definitely going with one of my NY resolutions: eating healthy. I know sausages are not exactly healthy but hey, salad is a good start for a anti-vege like me.

Anyways, now that classes are already starting, i have to really focus this semester. Despite having most of the difficult and theories based paper, as a bonus, there is Final Year Project. Part of me is happy that i finally made it to the final year and another part of me is quite worried about doing the project. I guess i'll just have to think positive and be discipline for my final year.

Merry Belated Christmas!

Have you been good or bad? LOL.

Firstly, i'm on my semester break! Cheers to that! *clings. Been struggling a lot for the past week. It was the semester finals and my last paper was actually a few days before Christmas. Definitely spoils the mood,no? As a bonus, i was having a really bad flu and fever. FML. That was actually the first time that i had a fever that lasts for almost 2 weeks. Like, how can a person have fever for two weeks?wtf.

Anyway, after excessive consuming of paracetamol and herbal teas, i'm finally getting better. The headache is kind of going away. So, i can finally have my SUPER last minute shopping like one day before Xmas or something. I think Christmas is everyone's favorite holiday of all time,it was definitely mine too. I hope it lasts longer every year but that's what makes it special because we will long for it every year.

Didn't really did much during the holidays. Just a lil shopping, chillin' and meeting ups with some friends. It was all good because i don't think i can handle a lot with all the after fever headache going on. So, i'm kinda contented with the stuffs i did.

Free Xmas Cupcakes & Candies!

Was having a cuppa when this waiter suddenly gave out cupcakes and candies to everyone in the cafe. Like how cool is that? A for effort! Lovesit! It was the Pavilion branch fyi.

To be honest, i didn't managed to get any presents for anyone. I've been giving out pressies every year but this year i just can't handle the hassle of choosing a gift amidst all the fever and stuff. *coughs not an excuse*

But it turned out i received a few Xmas pressies too. Definitely unexpected. I don't really have a lot of friends that celebrates Xmas,so.

Now that Xmas is over, it's time to usher the coming year. Luckily i'm on holidays, i seriously don't know how these people can go to work after Xmas. The anticipation is killin' me if i were to wait in the office until Saturday. I'm just chillin' this few days off, runnin some errands and calling up friends.

Hey guys!

It's been forever since i last logged in here.Well,there's nothing really major happening in my life

besides all the studies and stuff but i definitely have a few occasions to blog about since i last posted here.

I think i've just lost my mojo to blog recently wtf.

I love writing stuffs here because it feels like i'm talking and expressing something to a person. :)

Anyways, final exam for my second year second semester is officially over! OVA!

Now that i have some time in my hands, hopefully i can do something more creative this break.

Needs to find something or someone inspiring to inspire me.

Definitely don't want to sit around doing nothing. Gah. Just thinking about it bores me to death.

I'll definitely start posting up some random pictures(y'know,from the blackberry.) for the next post to get me started again or maybe have a change of layout to refresh my blogging experience.lol.

I miss the feeling of blogging when i feel like it.

Posting things up when i feel like it. It's like i can't catch up for now.

And all the insecurities about the privacy issues wtf.

Been reading the older posts of this blog (which was a few years ago), i'm so loud , spunky and expressive. I don't even know where i got that energy from.ha! With all the colourful fonts and stuffs LOL.

For now, i'm going through a period of time in life

where i think we should learn to appreciate the things that we have right now. If you felt like there's things that you took for granted, make sure you make it right. You never know when it might be gone. Definitely don't be regretful when it's too late. Don't you remember when we used to be so contented with the things we have? but then we wanted and expected more and more of it. You may not earn as much as your friend, or may not get a better result in studies as your friend, but since when all of this became a competition?

Let more positive energy be around you, and eliminate the negative energy that bugs you to think the worse out of everything.

Why can't we just live in peace?

I'm definitely not in rage writing this. It's just that i'm going through something that all of us in the world will go through and i have a thought to share about it. Many people think that blog is a place for people to unleash their rage,well sometimes.At some point when we're mature, it's all like a joke.

Anyway, some closer friends of mine might know it's time to read my blog during my holidays,cause that's when i'll actually do something to the blog wtf.

I will definitely posts something up and hopefully find a layout that more simple and clean.

Been so busy recently i dont even have time to update anything here.Boo!

i've tweeted before that i loved Joyce 鄭欣宜's Debut album

This is the kind of album that you dont need to press "next" or "skip".

This album consists of a few new songs and some songs from the old TVB tv series.

I've heard some of her pre-debut songs years ago and i can say,

this girl has got the voice.

Well,not Leona and Mariah-ish voices but the voice that makes you know someone can sing.ha!

I knew she will be coming to Malaysia for her album's promo tour

and she'll be stopping at a few places like Sungei Wang,KL & Penang.

Then i saw this facebook picture that says she'll stop by at 17Salloon,Sunway Giza for a show.

and "5 lucky contestant who likes this picture will get a chance to see Joyce Cheng"

My friend and i were in Uni's computer lab waiting for the next class when we saw this,

so we just like it for the sake of liking.Ha!

And at night,my friend got notified and won the contest being one of the five contestant to go.

Finally,one of us make it to the overseas.Hah!

It's kind of hard to actually arrange a proper time for us to gather

since we're in different places doing different things.Work and study and stuff.

A normal gathering would probably take us 1 or 2 weeks to plan

even this farewell dinner was planned and rescheduled.

But all that hassle would turn out to be worth it

when we can spend time catching up and laughing our asses off.

TBH,i dont really like her "I am....Sasha Fierce" concept because i think for that,she tried too hard to look fierce and stuff but for this new concept,she's FAB.

Finally i am able to premiere my long awaited music video here!

It has been both amazing and stressful experience shooting this music video.If you dont know already,in my course,there's only two person.Yup,TWO.So basically,this subject normally requires a group of 6 to 8 people to produce a music video from scratch.We need to do everything from talent scouting,location scouting,prepare transport,editing videos,wardrobe,makeup,and all other minor but important stuffs.

The thing is,we have to do it by just the TWO of us.

So,it's quite a struggle for me to actually work that way but we managed to make it through.

This video is amateur-ish because it's actually my first attempt in filming music videos and i'm still in learning process.It's actually quite fun,i dont get how some people can be like .....forget it.

I can say it's not my best effort because of some valid reasons,yeah VALID.

Anyways,i still gotta show it because it's my first music video and hopefully more to come.=)

The song that we used was "Who You Are" by Jessie J

She's a UK singer and currently my favorite but the song choice was made by my teammate.

This song is mainly about finding your true self and the lyrics was written for people that are overcoming hardships in life.

She is also the singer that brought to you the catchy song "Price Tag"

i've been working on my video production paper this semester.

This paper requires me to produce a music video as final assignment.I've always been obsessed with music videos and now given the chance to produce one,i'm like super nervous.

Btw,it's a full practical and production paper.

Which means....

Lights,camera & action! #glamfail.

The shooting process will start next week.So far,we've found the talents,location and stuffs.

I hope this will be fun since this is like my one and only video production paper.

Believe it or not? this was my first movie this year,ha.

Synopsis:

The film opens with home video footage of Kristi Rey (Sprague Grayden) bringing her newborn son Hunter (William Juan Prieto & Jackson Xenia Prieto) home from the hospital. We then follow Hunter through the first several months of his life via a montage of various video clips. We meet Kristi's husband Dan Rey (Brian Boland), Ali (Molly Ephraim), his daughter from a previous marriage, Martine (Vivis Cortez), the family's housekeeper/nanny and Abby, the family's German Shepherd.A year after Hunter is born, the family comes home to find their house seemingly broken into (though both doors were locked) and trashed, though the only thing missing is a necklace that Kristi's sister Katie (Katie Featherston) gave to her. Dan has a number of security cameras installed throughout the house - in the backyard, baby's room, kitchen, living room, entryway, and outside the front door.

Merry Xmas and Happy New Year!

Sorry for the belated greeting,didnt really have alot going on throughout this festive season.

It's one more week of holidays and then poofs* i'll be back to university in no time.Cant wait for school to start,seriously.Been rotting at home like a lifeless person.When school starts at least i can be occupied with assignments and stuffs.Guess i'll complain again when the assignments came pouring in,ha.

Talking bout Xmas and New Years,have you guys been enjoying? I dont.Well,not that i dont but i just dont feel merry,really.Not merry enough for me to celebrate but i'm just glad to go through christmas with the family.No one but the family.So imma upload a few photos and feed you guys with what festive combo is like.

A huge Xmas Tree to start this post of course.

Spent Xmas night with the family and sis's Fam of course.Had dinner at Full House Pyramid.The ambience is totally xmasy than other restaurants,hands down.The food is abit overrated and pricey but food preparation is almost hotel chef like.It was a decent night,catching up with each other,but we do see each other almost everyday,ha.Nothing beats having a good time with the family tho =)

As for New Year's Eve.I've finally get to town and well,celebrate.I'm so friggin plan-less on nye.Like,i didnt even bother to call up friends to come together for nye.Omg.I guess staying at home everyday fro almost a month makes me just dont wanna go out under the sun.Or moon whatevs.Seriously,when i'm out shopping i felt like i just wanna go home and laze on bed and watch vampire diaries,literally.This has to end! I'm a young free and happy man,i have to go out.Ha.Alright,back to Nye.

The original plan was i'm so plan-less that i even agreed to be the plus one to my sis for her xmas dinner at curve with 10 unknown jigaboos.My sis only know one or two person from that huge group of people and they are all at their late 20s or early 30s.Not exactly my age circle but defo suits my 25yo sis.So we drove to curve and i just called some other friends of mine to check.They were actually at Bukit Bintang and by hearing the background sounds on the phone,it sounds like fun.

Guess what,i managed to convinced my sis to DITCH her friends.OMG.Worst brother award.But she agreed,so i guess she doesnt really wanna hang with old people too.So she made a UTURN and *drifts Bukit Bintang we're going.The magic of the night is that we managed to arrive Times Square with 0% jam,literally.Not even a minute wait on the way.God must be watching over us that night,ha.Bonus is we even got a parking spot in no time.=)

Around Sungei Wang.Some concert is going on with some Taiwan singers.

Super crowded with people.It's my first time countdown-ing at town actually.

Im just trynna have my fun watching fireworks.Some other people just found happiness in spraying people with fake snow.

Right after the clock strikes twelve.Well,i think the concert makes the countdown delayed for like 5 seconds.

Not much of a firworks photgrapher and some pictures are taken by digicam and some by my berry.Pardon the bad quality.

That's it for my celebration.Unfortunately my friends cant make it to meet up with us because they were stucked in between the peeps at the concert.oh well.Nothing is perfect.But if there's just one thing that can be taken away with my mind,like magic,it would freaking be the fake snow spray.Like it just doesnt do good.The smell is bad,the fake snow is not fun,actually and it annoys people that just wanna countdown sans fake snow spray wtf.

It's actually a 4 or 5 level tube slide.yes,playground kind of slide.It's even claimed as worlds tallest indoor slide something.Saw a couple of kids playing it over and over again,i thought it was just for kids then i saw adults playing too.Looks interesting but height is not my thing.RM 12 if you wanna ~~fall~~ slide.

If you dont know,i'm the biggest fan of matcha ice cream.Pepper lunch serves the best for now.

Poor Tyra.Snap this at some random Cheena sungei wang shop.Tyra's so fat in this.grh.Japan technology some more.I hear a lawsuit if she sees this.Not that she will ever come to my blog tho.=(

Okay.I dont know what's with the title.

I'm not on to say anything particular,just a lil update of some random stuffs.

Was pretty inspired to blog-a-lot just now,after editing some pictures on photoshop,the inspiration just went away.

So what now.Oh.I just officially finished my first year in degree.Well,not officially since exam is in a few weeks time.Then,i'll be done with year one.Moving on to year two,i hope i can just finish it like my year one.

So,that's about it.

I loved how i have deep conversations with my dad everytime i came back to kemuning.I like to show my dad the other side of me.The mature and rational side of me.Cause,you know,i'm not exactly the most mature person in front of lots of irrelevant people.I dont feel the need to show the other sides of myself to cater to people's expectations.Dont you just love it when your parents say "i will start to respect your opinion,since you're not a kid anymore.?" Stuffs like that.Not literally but around there.I've always known my dad felt there's a mature edmund in me that i dont show always.By saying "deep conversation",i meant by things like plans,future,financial and lots wtf.Okay,now i'm embarassed.Should i be having this kind of conversations with my dad years ago?hah.Whatevershoot.At least i'm doing it now.

This has gone waaaay,more than i wanted to share.

Would have never thought i will write a post like this.

Was scrolling through ryan seacrest's twitter and i found something unusual that i guess would be useful to share to you guys here.

Laptops can be convenient at times because you can just bring it anywhere compared to a hugeass desktop.

I guess most peeps have different habits of using laptops in different places.I've heard many people said that it's dangerous to use the laptop on the bed.The heat of the laptop can cause the laptop to explode and stuff.Some even said it will burn your bed sheet.I have no precise answer on this question.Will the laptop cause explosion when used on bed? gah.Go google yourself. =x

The thing is i've seen so many people using their laptops on their lap.I've seen it thousand times on TV and even in reality.If the laptop can cause explosion or burn the bed sheet,what the hell can it do to our laps?

Toasted Skin Syndrome

It can do this.

If you leave your laptop for too long on your lap as you're using it,it will eventually toast your freaking laps like a bread.I guess most of you didnt notice this syndrome.=)

Decisions Decisions

I dont get how i have to make like a thousands of decisions today.It's been quite a frustrating day.

As you know, new semester is here and it's a short semester this time of the year.So that means,assignments and works have to be done waaay earlier than normal semesters.It's just the 3rd or 4th day of class and i already have piles of assignments given to me.For short semester,we're only required to take 4 subjects compared to 6 subjects for long semester.So this week is all about choosing assignment mates and assignment topics and stuffs.It's been hell.

*This is not a rant*

Firstly,there's this subject that requires us to present one of the nineteen topic given to us and we're not allowed to present the same topic with each other.Which means,the early bird catches the effing worm.
For my case,it's not about the early bird or the effing worm.I just dont get how people decides to choose topics for assigments over facebook status when they have like another 2 days to discuss with other group mates at class.Who the hell do that on facebook? It's not like the biggest mistake but it's not practical and unfair to everyone.What about people who doesnt have access to internet at that time? or people who are not on facebook at the time? Let's just grow and learn from this act.Btw i'm pretty okay with the topic LEFT for me but i really wanted Reality Tv tho.grrh.=)

Secondly,due to the matter above,besides choosing assignment topics,these people already chose their group mates.Which makes me and few friends of mine have to figure out stuffs to form another group again.Decisions time again.After finally forming a group,we have to come up with the assignment topics again for other subjects.Hmm.

Thirdly,there's two subjects this semester that we have the options to choose.It's been hell deciding because the class i wanted was full then the other class clashes time with my subjects wtf.So i've decided to take one of the class that my previous lecturer is teaching again this semester but OMFG.I cant stand it.Well,not me alone,i think the whole class just decided to switch after that two hour lecture hell.ha.

No worries tho,i've managed to make my choice on everything and we'll see how things go.=)

Sometimes i just hope we're not given choices so that we can learn to adapt and accept what we're given.My decisions made are seriously not influenced by anyone because i know that influence can do nothing but damage to me if it's not what i want.Kinda glad to be out of the teenager mentality wtf.

After all,life is about making decisions,no? Be it right or wrong,we grow from it.

If you dont know,i'm like super obsessed with Jap snacks.Well,not just Jap,any snacks out of Malaysia will do except snacks from Thailand or Vietnam or something.I guess these foreign snacks are quite interesting and delicious at the same time,the packaging and stuffs.

This one is actually cotton candy with pops in it.Grape flavour somemore.The pop thingy actually pops in your mouth like those 40cents candy pop thing that you can buy in some indian runcit shop.Well,it looks nicer than it's taste because after a while i get annoyed,ha.

Look at how creative their gummies can be! I know it's for kids and i'm like an adult shouldnt be so excited about this blabla.The beige/white colour gummy is suppose to be the sushi rice and red/orange gummy is like the prawn,fish and tamago.This kind of snacks is kinda entertaining,no?

Alright,enough about the snacks and stuff.It's been a week since the start of my semester break and i've actually done nothing but stayed home and watch tv series wtf.Really wish i could go out and i dont know,on a trip or something.I dont really have much to write about since i'm facing the computer like 24/7.What i'm going to do now is post some random pictures from my blackberry that maybe you have seen on my facebook but i'm gonna post it anyway,ha.Some really random pictures but i hope it can entertain you.=)

This new place at Jaya One is like one of my fav.It's called "The Bee" i dont know why but the food there sure taste good.Not like super omg good but like good,good.I'm sure it's not everyone's place because the food there might be abit overpriced.Oyah,that's the Tempura Teriyaki Prawn Burger!Lovesit.

This must be during examtime.I can really remember this because i drag this friend of mine to revise with me the whole night because exam for Japanese language is on the next day and i SUCK at it.That's not just it,the exam is on a Saturday,and i have to revise so hard that night while all these people drink and party so hard at Brussels and The other clubs at Jaya One.=(

Told you it's random right.Went to the National Zoo for a visit last month,dont ask me why.My friend and i just came out with this crazy idea of visiting.Guess we're pretty bored with the malls and karaoke rooms.Tell you what,the zoo is NOT SAFE.NOT SAFE.Take my words for it.

Had this Peking Duck thingy at Pavilion when my friends from Sabah came over for a visit.Taste so frickin delicious wey.I meant the duck rolls and the sauce not the whole duck.I'm usually not into chinese food but this is awesomesauce.

Alright,something more recent.I just had this american cheesecake and tea latte like 2 hours ago at Vivo.

I know all these food pictures can be abit boring to you.I hope to just go out and look at things.Hopefully i can get to go back to Sandakan,my hometown.Then,i can have extra more things to tell.=)

Starbucks in midnight is so awesome.

Just got back from supper with the sister.Decided to go Asia Cafe but they are closed so linger around Sunway Pyramid and most shops are closed too.It's just 11pm++.So we decided to go for lok lok at Subang and Starbucks afterthat.Seriously,i still dont get it.What is so freaking big deal about having a beverage from Starbucks?
I think most of you peeps have encountered this before.People saying you "Woah,rich people worr,drink starbucks!" everytime you're holding a starbuck drink.What the hell guys?

Alright.enough about that.THIS IS NOT A RANTING POST.

I've been there and sorry to say,it's kinda boring.Like seriously.

Unless you're the kind that likes to go around trees and dance like bollywood movie,then it's your kind of place.I meant,the lights are nice and stuff but it's super overrated lah.

The place only have around 5 cafe and Gasoline is one of em.Nothing much.

That means,beside taking pictures,there's really nothing much to do.

Anyway,i went there like weeks ago and it's an unexpected visit.

My friend and i drove passed the place and decided to pay a visit.

So,that means no DSLR,no camera,no nothing.Just my blackberry camera.So dont expect super high quality and nice potrait ass pictures.

Just a lil random update.

It's week 10 now! in 4 weeks imma finish semester 2 and movin to sem3.

Cant wait to go year 2 badly.Well,not year 2,just finish up this degreethings.

The semester is coming to an end,that means there'll be lots of presentation and deadlines for assignments.Ohwait,and the ohso late midterms.

Well,i'm not gonna like stress myself up for the assignments.Gotta do it slownsteady.Why stress and screw up the mood and assigment?

Just chill and have a starbuck,then you will be in the right mood to start doing the things you should do.

What makes me felt this way?Maybe it's because of the juniors.They tend to be super worried for assignments.Like SUPER with caps lock.Maybe it's their first sem or first time encountering with all these so yeah.

I think imma need to go chill this week and maybe next because if i dont,i wont hv the time to do so in week 12 onwards and finals coming in no time.omgawd.

Japanese language is seriously killing me.This is the only subject i'm lik omfg worried this sem.

Yeahlah! It's because i dont really know what is it!haha.

I just get to know it's a Japanese celebration once a year where Jap peeps gather and celebrate

somethin'.There were cultural performances and stuff.Not bad if you're really into Jap culture.

Unfortunately i'm like sick and having this fever on the day itself.So,to be honest i didnt really enjoy myself that night.I could literally feel my eyeballs burning hot and like there are 9937487598363 rocks in my head damn heavy!Bad ass fever!

Went to this event with a few Uni mates.I'm not really close to them,they are my bestie's friends but i think we're getting there since the first outing was already not bad.=)

It's abit weird for me to blog with my new laptop.

Not really used to it.With the old one,i can tap click spill drink wtf as hard as i can.

This new one i gotta jaga.

Been having a hard time choosing which laptop to buy?i already hv one netbook,one old laptop,and including the new one it sums up to three but the other two cannot put heavy software one so it's a good reason to get a new one.=)

Time is very limiting because i hv a design assigment that needs to be submitted this week and my old laptop cannot support heavy softwares like the illustrator and photoshop.I think smoke will come out when i install those softwares into it.(Since viewing xiaxue's blog already LAG like crazy).

Finally i'm done editing my blog's template.

Enough bout that.Movin on.

I'm having this major body pain all over.Been choreographing a few dances and teaching some of my sis's students for their annual dinner performance.(from 9 to 5 btw)

Yes,if you dont know,i'm quite a dancer.Back at when i'm still in high school,i do alot of dancing and choreographing.Well,not really professionally.I learnt it on my own.

So if you're curious,it's not salsa or cha cha stuff alright.

Havent been doing that since 2004 i think?

I'm kind of leaving that behind but my sis asked me to do this as a favor,so yeah.

It's quite of a difficult job since all them kids are starting from scratch.That means i have to teach them really basic moves and stuff.

After all,it's all about having fun.I dont want to scold and scream at them like i usually do last time.So that's what i'll be doing every saturday until 3rd of July.

A lil update y'all.

Today is the last day of my first semester!

Well,kind of.Besides the replacement class on study week.

I'm feelin really tired now.Both psyhically and mentally,one is maybe i woke up way too early this morning for my last presentation,and two is that finally i'm done with all assignments and the entire semester.

So i'll be having my study break next week.

Hopefully i will study because i soo wanna get a better result.

aite,enough about studies.

I so wanna write a quality post but have no time to do it.Even when i have the time,i will have no energy due to rushing designs and stuffs.

Hopefully will renovate this blog abit after my exam.

There's so much i wanted to do after exam.

I want to rest,like literally.Like relax to the max.

Maybe read a book or fly a kite or something.Ha.

Beauty On Duty

The story is about how Ah Sa as a policewoman has to go undercover as one of the contestant of a pageant competition to protect the other girl called June who's the daughter of gangsta or something.The other officers joined in as undercover later to protect Ah Sa,all of em had to disguise themselves into Makeup artists,Catwalk director wtf.The whole story is about how Ah Sa managed to protect June and defeat the bad guy thing.

Before watching this,i'm worried it's gonna be another lousy lame HongKong comedy again.Since there are quite a number of these lameass movies with Louis Koo and Ronald Cheng in it.Any Movies with Sandra Ng in it,i'll definitely watch.She's like one of those HongKong actress that acts magic all time.(altho i'm quite disappointed with her recent films)

This movie is definitely recommended.If you're having a really stressed out time,this is the best medicine for ya.It's so funny and stupid,it makes me laugh throughout the whole screening of the movie.Especially Sandra Ng,she's like this hilarious bitch or something,funny and mean at the same time.

Watch it if you're:stressed out because all your other friends wants to watch Clash Of The Titans or some other sci-fi or greek shit.Or if you just want to recap some of the Old hong kong funny movie.Really worth than that pirated dvd you can get at ss2.

Dont watch it if you're:disliking Ah Sa for her recent secret-marriage-and-divorce-before-we-even-knew shit.

Just a thought.

Last time,when meeting new people,they tend to say that they have no friends.

When asked why?

Reasons mostly comes like "some friend ah,only want take advantage from u geh.."

"When they want nothing from you,then they wont use/bother/help you anymore lah"

"so hard to find true friends gelah nowadays"

I always think to myself,i've never encounter all that.Got so many advantages let people take meh..This is because i believe when you treat your friends good enough,they eventually will feel it and treasure/appreciate you more.Not a belief,it's proven.

But as i am typing this now,i am actually experiencing what you guys said.

I'm actually having a minor problem now(not money,not girl lah okay) regarding to my assignments and i'm begging for people to help me but all i got is shit.

When the lecturer asked me "hows the assignment?Due this friday yah"

I answered "None of my friends managed to help me"

Then she told me "True friends helps each other when you're in trouble,now you know who your true friends are"

I'm psyched like wth is the lecturer saying something like they'll say in high school musical.

Since she said true friend,it reminded me of a bestie.

So i texted him to ask for the favour.And all i get is "It's no harm to help,but i'll be getting nothing when helping you"

Alright wtf.Speechless max to the max wtfness.

So,the question is DO we still have to be nice to everyone and please em?

Hell to the nah.

I seriously know who my real friends are now,double seriously.

I've been told that studying Media&Creative will be studying things like

Who knows i have to do all these design stuffs and creative thinking thingy just like the Graphic Design students.Talking bout drawin and colourin.Art konon.

Actually i've just printed out shitloads of Broadcasting notes,because will be having a midterm tomo.Goshy.

Wanted to sleep so i can wake up in the midnight to study for this shit but this toothache i've been having for weeks hurts soo bad that i automatically woke up,literally.

So what should i do now,sleep then wake up to study?but class is at 8am.fml.

Or study now and sleep later for like half or 1 hour?

I still dont believe that CNY is on this Sunday wtf.

It's like only yesterday school starts and we just finished celebrating NewYear.

Nyways,i'll be staying over here at KayElle for this year.

Yup,not going back to Sabah.

My parents are here,so why not just celebrate CNY here for the very first time,right?

Well,my crazy sisterS will be back to Sabah as they bought their tickets like 34565 years ago.

So there'll be only my parents and moi.(sisters-off-week)

After tomorrow,i'll be happily back to Shah Alam for the whole entire CNY week.

Gonna update you guys briefly about me since the NYE post.

Guess it's been a while and alot of things has changed.

Btw,i've subscribed for an internet service finally.

So now i can blog in the comfort of my own room.

This dead blog is gonna be alive again,i hope.=)

On Degree,

So it's Week 2 now since i started Degree.

I'm not doing Broadcasting nymore,i'm actually doing this new course Utar offered last year.

It's the Media & Creative Studies.

Was hopeful that it wont be just 10 or 15 people register for the course.

But the worst happened...only 5 registered.

Guess what,3 of em transferred to another course for now.

Five minus three=Two left.(if you get my maths)

It's sososososo sad.Dont get me wrong,i love the course and the subjects.

It's just that i'm going to miss the whole "being-in-the-class-with-200-friends-in-university" feeling.=(=(=(=(

For now,i'm studying with one friend,lunch with one friend,assigments with one friend.

He's a transfer from Ktar,a malay dude.Kind of a cool person.

Spare me with those "look to the bright side,you get personal attention from the lecturer shit".

I'm done listening to that.If you know me Well enough,i'm kind of a scared of lonely kind of person.Well,that's Scorpio.*Sad as i'm typing*

You can literally see me sitting in the foyer alone for hours waiting for the next class or whatever shit.And i'm kind of not really into knowing more people idk why.

The sad thing is that i love what this course has to offer.The subjects were not bad seriously.

Thats what keeping me from transfering back to broadcast.And some lecturers even told me Broadcasting has NO future in Malaysia wtf.

Whatever the case,guess i'll just study this shit and get it over with in no time.

Sorry that this post turns out to be an emo rant.I should be happy that i'm even in Degree,looking back on what i've been through in Foundations.

Alright,enough boutit.

Family finally decided to get a house here and soon i wont be staying in PJ.

Finally i have a HOME here.=)

As for me,Bestie Howard and i had a plan for countdown and fireworks at Curve.

Since sista was workin late & i couldnt let her celebrate NYE alone,she tagged along right after.

Since there was still an hour before countdown & yours truly was like superbly hungry.

We headed to TonyRoma's for dinner.

The "thinkhe'ssomachowaiter" asked us to wait for 30minutes,wtf.

After waited for 30minutes and we were seated,they gave us a card claiming that's the menu for

the night.

They had prepared NYE set dinner and that only.Nothing else.At the price of 80dollars per

person,i would rather pass since the selection was not something i wanted to eat.What if i wanted to eat Buffalo wings for NYE?

So we headed to the next restaurant,Manhattan Fish Market!

Was considering to order their Christmas Platter with icecream and stuff,

but the Ms.Bootyliciouswaitress suggested us to order this Lobster Platter@Rm99.

It was omfg gooooood.Nom-ness.Best platter to order if you're going with 1 or 2 friends.

Right after dinner,we went out to the street.

The crowd were ready for the countdown.Getting their stupid snow spray ready.

I hate snow sprays,well hated to be sprayed at by aggresive strangers.

Then we saw this hugeass screen

and everyone was anticipating for the big numbers showing on it during countdown.

Guess what,it didnt!!All they showed were some freaking commercial during countdown.

Alright,i'm getting exhausted for writing two posts at a time.

Since i didnt have a Fiesta for Christmas,i'll just post some pictures for your reading pleasure.

So we just hanged around for a lil while.

and went for me fave,Karaoke Session!

That somehow concludes my Christmas eve.We sang til 5 am,like woah.

Hey there y'all!Alright,all of you people must be pissed off at me for not replying y'calls,texts and stuffs,not going for outing even once during this holiday season oh and also during my bday period.I apologize for that.

Well,if you dont know,i'm at Kota Kemuning now.Bet no one knows exactly where the hell is Edmund.I've totally lost contact with everyone since mid of November i think.

So here i am.Finally started to blog again.

Previously in my post i wrote about something bad happened to one of my family member,remember?

so here is how the story goes..

It was a few days after my birthday which was on 15th Nov,when SHE started to got sick and stuff.During my newborn nephew's fullmonth dinner(same day as my bday),SHE was still alright.Until after a few days,SHE was slowly loosing her appetite and started to complain about how nausea SHE felt looking at those food.

It was until then SHE started to feel weak and kept on wanting to sleep and rest on her bed.We thought it must be having no food inside of her,which makes her no energy.Dad and i tried to get buy her some food that she doesnt normally eat(like oatmeal,porridge instead of kuayteow and stuff) but once SHE ate them,SHE started to choke and puke all of em out.Every single time we fed her,she coughed(cought?wtf) and puked them out.o lord.

SO we thought,it was about time we seek for help.Dad and i lifted HER from the second floor (this was when my PBSM skills comes handy) to the car and off we went to the nearest clinic only to hear the doctor saying "HER situation is FATAL,SHE cant even lift her own neckbone!"

I'm already half-dead inside,seriously.

So off we go again searching for professional help and this time it was to Sunway Medical Centre.

After sending her to the emergency ward,we waited for hours for whatever we can hear from the doctors.Results are her sodium(salt) was too low which makes her weak,like totally no energy.You guys better check your blood thingy.

On the first day,one of the doctor told us "you guys have to be ready".

He told us that in cantonese,as in "ready the San Hou Si"wtf.

I dont think that is the first thing you should say to your patient's family members.

But in that kind of situation,all of us sobbed like mad.

Then comes another doctor,who looked waaaaay more pro and told us

"It's because SHE had a Radiation 18 years ago,which causes side effects to the other organs of

her body.She cant swallow her food properly is because her throat had shrink.

So we had to check whether is that some food stuck in her throat or is it Cancer."

After a few days,they sent her to a surgery ward to check it.

Trust me,i prayed like 2000 times during that 3 days.

Result was it was not cancer,only shrinking.Thank god hallelujah.

Always that creepy.

Since her sodium is not high enough,she had to stay in the hospital until it the sodium level reach normal state.Dad and i stayed in the hospital for 10 days.yes,10 friggin days.

I dont really know what happened to the outside world for the whole ten days.

Dad and i took turns to sleep each and every night since the room can only fit one more extra bed.

If you dont know,SHE is a nose cancer survivor.

A Singapore Doctor said Nose cancer patient normally can only live for another 5 years.

Guess what,SHE is such a fighter and lived for 18 years.

SHE is my MUM.

Mum is now in better condition and got discharged from the hospital for more than 3 weeks.

After a few sessions of medical check up,doctors said she is getting better.

There is still one minor surgery she have to go through maybe around after christmas.

If you really do care,please pray for my mum.

I didnt exaggerate this,but it's like God gave her a second chance to live.

(You dont know what she told me on the hospital bed aite.)

Thats about it.I dont really want to recap the whole thing now.

It's so freaking scary.

So that was what i've been doing for the whole MIA month.

Well,it's another 30 minutes to Halloween.
By the time i finish this post i think it's halloween already.

Halloween is celebrated annually on the 31st Of October,in some country it's actually an annual Holiday!How fun.
The celebration is often associated with the colour black and orange,but i think these days people will go for any colour tho,besides the traditionally boring black and orange.
The symbol for halloween is usually the jack-o-lantern,the pumpkin with the scary eyes,y'know?

This pumpkin thingy.

Halloween activities includes trick-or-treating,wearing costumes,attending costumes parties,ghost tours,visiting haunted places(damn,i liked this one),pranks and watching horror films and stuffs.

The thing is we malaysian people are so not into celebrating it.
Majorly chinese,they tend to erm celebrate that chinese ghost month thingy.
ohyah,it's the Hungry Ghost Festival where people build stages to perform for the spirits and stuffs.
I so want to celebrate Halloween Angmoh style.Like we can come up with the freakiest costumes for a costume party,sighs.
I think it's a no-no for Trick-or-Treat tho,i dont wanna get kicked or shoo-ed away by some trying-to-sleep uncleauntie.

Who came up with the idea that halloween costumes should be sexy or kinky?

There's this cousin of mine who was like one or two year older than me,he's like the youngest and the erm innocent one?i'm not sure tho,but he's the first one to get married instead of his two elder brother who has a gf for like over 100 years ago.

I didnt attend the whole Chinese-Bride-Fetching ceremony thingy cause our family is not like very close to em.Btw,did i mention he married a Philipino girl?
Yeah,Philipino as in people from Philipine who doesnt have an ID here.

So,my father and i attended their wedding dinner at some famous chinese restaurant here at Sandakan.Famous for their Low price but really nice food.Like Really nice.
There's this one thing about wedding dinner.

Hey there,nothing much recently.Just a simple update.
It's gonna be a wordy post now.
At home now doing nothing,most of my friends would be working,or studying now i think.
I'm the only one doing nothing here waiting for the stupid class to start next year.
How i hope school starts tomorrow.
So i can go to class,deal with some assignments and meet with friends.=)
The good news here is that i'll be back to KL on the 13th Nov with my parents.

On Sis's New Born Baby,

I've been really anxious about the degree thingy.
My Sis said we're going to do that Family Talkthing again when we get over.

I'm kinda interested in Broadcasting but the thing is what am i going to do after graduating?
Am i really going to be some host on tv?I'm not sure bout that.
I just wanna work with things like Media,Advertising,Entertainment and stuffs.
I saw they offer a new course that day on the UTAR website.
It's MEDIA & CREATIVE STUDIES.(PJ campus)
Thats the thing i'm keen to study last sem when i wanted to go to HELP.
Argh....confusing.
I'm worried what people say will be true.
The thing about Broadcasting jobs are not really easy to find.The only thing i'm worried about.

While i was trying to download some songs just now,i came across her latest album "Memoirs of an imperfect angel",there is this song "I want to know what love is".It's actually a cover,which means it is someone else's song and she sings it back.I had the Tina Arena version of it,which is good.So i had to max up the speakers and listen to MC's version.Damn! it turned out to be not bad,surprisingly GOOD!and she actually hit the high notes alot in this ballad.

I guess with that performance,MC can seriously prove those a-holy wrong.I mean,so what if she actually slipped a few high notes and stuffs,apparently when people get older their voice will turn erm weaker,i guess.Just like an Olympic Gymnast cant do all that when she's 40 or 50 right?So people have to stop hatin and show some love,you never know how it feels until you feel it yourself.This applies to everything in life,not just particularly about MC.We have to start reading the book before judging it by it's cover.wtf,who am i to say all these?=p

Finally,results released.

Been so freakin worried for days.I knew the results will be out around these few days.Been loggin in the Utar website for like 50 times.Until last night,after playin with the FB game,i have nothing else to do.So,why not check the Intranet again?It's around 11.45pm,i think.Who the hell at Utar would upload our results late at night right?

Guess what.

Those lazybumps really did upload them.I checked earlier around 11.15pm.They said i'm not authorised to view results yet,but they did put the "Semester Final Examination Results",blah.

Whatever the case,who cares bout Utar-Results-Uploader.(But it's really nice to view the results at midnight)S-u-s-p-e-n-s-e.I used my right hand to cover part of the monitor,i know,silly-ass.

Tadaa, B+ for Public Speaking and C+ for Management.It's not flying colours kind of results,i know.My academic Adviser told me to achieve ONE C+.then i'll be illegible to graduate Foundation.Well,i got a C+ with an extra bonus of B+.So i guess i'm OFFICIALLY done with Foundations.Yehaa.I'm soso sick of PE Block and Sp Corner(the one and only mamak there).=))))))))).Seriously relieved.It's like i've graduated everything,but wait,there are still 3 more years to go.Gosh.I think there's nothing else i can do now,just getting ready to war for the JANUARY intake.=)

One thing,when i didnt graduate last May,i've been told i can continue my degree at another Uni,just that i have to pay extra 20k to finish up degree.I'm glad i didnt go for it,altho i really wanted to at that time,but nothing compares to the contentment i have now.bleh,what am i saying.

Okay,enough with the exaggeratin'.Some random stuffs now.Like super random.

I just had that for my breakfast.Been told by my Dad,the shop that sells the noodles is like a famous "Brand" here in my town.It's called Lou Dong,whatever.I'm like whoa,then i should really should give it a try.Turned out,it really is the BEST here.Besides cuttlefish,porkand fried wantans,it has like 10 or maybe 15 prawns in it.The price is also reasonable,only Rm5.50.Lovesit

Those are homemade,alright.Well,not by me of course.Me father is the CHEF of our family whereas my mum doesnt really know how to cook,perhaps one or two dishes but yeah.Dad has been making all kinds of food from chinese cuisine to western cuisine.I should have snap a few pictures of em too.I love how the picture looks,frosty and stuff.=)

Arggggggggggggggggggghhh!The Miserable-ness in me! Queen B is finally havin a conert here in Malaysia,and i'm not able to go for it.It's killing me inside,seriously.If you dont know i'm into Beyonce,then you dont know me,gosh.It's not like i'll be going to USA for her concert,right?Now she came for ME,and i cant go.=(((.The reason is that on the concert day,i'll still be at Sandakan.

How could i MISS that face?OMG.

Alright,back to business.

1)I heard my parents discussed that we will be back to KL on the 21st Oct,but not confirmed yet.Even if we're back at KL,it's not like they will let me go to a concert.(i have really strict parents,you see).

2)Concerts usually ends at 11 or 12 am,right?No one is going to send me or pick me up since i'll be staying at my sis place,shah alam.It's a NO problem if i'm staying in PJ,as i will have all me peeps going with me.=(HEEEELP!

3)Thinking of asking me momma or sista's for the sponsorship of the ticket.Perhaps an early Bday pressie for me,since it's close to November? Any ideas how could i talk them out on this?giveitome.=(

Hey,Have you guys heard the news?

After a night out in Central, Gary Cho (曹格) and Justin Lo (側田) had a dispute inside the taxi on the ride home. The dispute escalated and resulted in the taxi making an immediate stop. The intoxicated Gary walked out and kicked Justin who was still inside the taxi. Both of them were involved in a brawl for 30 minutes until their friends broke it up.

Around 1am, Gary and Justin, along with a group of friends chilled at a bar in Central. Under the influence of alcohol, both of them engage in an altercation, resulted in them being on the floor in the end. After the first dispute they caught the same taxi to leave.

Not long after the taxi ride, the second phase of the dispute erupted, the taxi had to stop immediately, Gary got out and kicked Justin who was still in the taxi at the time, Justin retaliated and had to be stopped by their mutual friend.

Justin ended up on the sidewalk clutching his privates, it appeared that Gary kicked him there when he was in the taxi. His hat never came off during both altercations, it is made to believe he uses glue so that his hat always sticks to his head.

Notice the Bald spot on Justin's head?I dont wanna believe that =(

My Opinion:That Gary Dude is crazy.Beating up Justin like a lil Monkey.No matter what the case is,VIOLENCE is never a SOLUTION!

I'm back home safe and sound y'all.Been staying home ever since the day i arrived(almost 3 days).
Dont really feel like going out to meet some friends yet.Had to spend more time with my family.It's not really good for me to just come back and then keep going out with friends,right?I didnt even bother to inform my friends that i'm back.All of em saw it on Facebook and kept texting me.=)

For now,i'm like all back to basics.Doing nothing and living my life aimlessly for these few months.Well,thats holiday right?Dont tell me all those "learn guitar or french lahh".You know i'm not going to.I can wake up at 12pm and then my breakfast is ready in the kitchen.All i need to worry is what to do NEXT?hah.Pathetic.Mum was soo*surprised* that i actually cleaned all the dishes after dinner the other night.She was like "woah,thats your first time."Hatesit when she says that.I DID clean the dishes before kay.Everytime i do some chores,she'll be like "Great,first time".Funny.

The reason i'm writing this post is that i've nothing else better to do.Facebook-ed,Twitter-ed,Youtube-ed.Whatelse?gosh gosh gosh.

Hey guys!Gonna have a lil update before going back to Borneo.Been going out non-stop for these 4 Hari Raya Holidays.Nothing much to do,just went to buy some stuffs for my parents.Lucky for me,Dad sent some extra cash for me to splurge.I mean,i can at least buy things without worrying for the price for my last few days.*Grins*

You know,it's not nice to go back without buying them anything,right?So i ended up searching for things to buy for them these few days.

1)An electronic Ladybird back massager for dad.
2)Three Blue Rays for dad too.He's alot like me,so into movies.
3)A japanese product.It's called the Stainless Steel Soap.(Instruction says it's for deodorizing the hands after touching smelly things like fish.)
4)A big photo book around 40 or 50 bugs for mum.Stuffed with all the pictures of me and sista.

Basically,they have everything,i dont really know what else to buy.So,i'll have to go with the weird things.FYI,my mum is like not into pricey stuffs,she prefer things like a hand made card or something like that.

Gosh,looking at the time..it's 1246am.I'll have to wake up at 5am later and go to the airport at 6am cause my flight is at 0805am.=(

The next time you see a post,i'll be back at my home sweet home!! =)
